GROUP OUTSOURCING Overtaking is one of the risky moments of the train. This moment can cause accidents mainly in more inexperienced motorcyclists. Three steps are taken for the safe surpassing of all. In the first phase the Guide requests, via radio, the sweep to the left of the track. This, in turn, will restrain the traffic just behind the train so that everyone can carry out the change of faixxa safely. In the second phase Sweep performs the content and informs the guide that the track is free In the third stage the Guide signals to everyone the change of track that is made in an agile way while maintaining the formation of the train. MAINTENANCE OF TRAINING The closed and compact train is important for maintaining the safety of all. Drivers of larger vehicles may overtake badly calculated and enter forcefully between the train and may cause a member to fall. Therefore the correct positioning of all motorcycles is of vital importance. Empty spaces between the train facilitates the entry of other vehicles and can cause accidents. If the Sweep detects anomalies in the train he will be the rider in question and will guide him to approach the train.
