1) THE PURPOSE
Class A is, by definition, a group of friends who own motorcycles who meet for weekly walks. All the actions of the group do not aim at profit or commerce and are therefore an unpaid activity.
2) THE STRUCTURE
Class A is divided as follows:

2.1 - The progression of the member in the group follows criteria of time of entry and merit.
2.1.1 - The minimum time to receive the letters in the club (Medium shield) will be 4 months, and may be extended at the discretion of the President according to the participation and commitment of the PP with the club.
2.1.2 - The minimum time to complete the Coat at the club (Brasado) will be one year, and may be extended at the discretion of the President according to the participation and commitment of the PP with the club.
2.2 - The President / Vice-President shall be replaced in two situations by resignation or by vote of all members.
2.3 - They are considered mirror of the member wife, girlfriend, children. These can receive the vest with the MIRROR card and with the back similar to the mirror member if properly communicated to the President.
2.3.1 - Coatings of Members and mirrors shall be authorized by the President.
2.4 - The member vest is individual and non-transferable. Participation in events and Class A rollovers without the use of the vest is punishable.
2.5 Train formation follows safety and hierarchy criteria.

Visitors are allocated on the train according to safety criteria before we begin to move ahead of the sweep.
3) ENTRY IN MOTOCLUBE
The entry criteria for new members in Class A are:
1 - Male
2 - Own a motorcycle
3 - Have the ability to ride motorcycles
4 - Do not have a criminal record
5 - Have availability to participate in the weekly rolls and monthly meetings.
6 - Be invited by a Brazilian member
All the image represented by the Patch and Coat (letters and skulls) are of intellectual property of the class A motorcycle. Therefore, the members, when they conquer them pay for the right to use them in the name of the club. In this way when they leave, they must return them without the right to financial compensation.
3.1 - The participation of women is allowed as a mirror of a member or as a guest. In both situations can be as a pilot or croup.
4) ALLOCATIONS
1 - President: have a minimum participation of 25% in the weekly rolls, organize and conduct monthly meetings, communicate with other motorbikes / motorbikes when necessary, participate in the weekly rolls, promote Class A in the various media whenever present.
2 - Vice President: to have a minimum participation of 25% in the weekly rolls, to replace the president in the absence of the same, to organize and publicize the weekly and night rolls, to assist in the organization of monthly meetings, to participate in the weekly rolls, to promote Class A in different media whenever present.
3 - Full Member: attending monthly meetings, assisting novice and invited members in commuting by train, complying with the determinations of the Class A presidency, indicating and sponsoring new members, promoting Class A in the various media whenever present.
4 - Prosper half shield: participate in the monthly meetings, assist the novice and invited members in the commutes by train, comply with the determinations of the presidency of Class A, promote Class A in the various media whenever present.
4.1 - Anyone disagreeing with their duties may be verbally warned at meetings, suspended or retired (excluded) according to severity and / or recidivism. Members of the board and chair are subject to the same penalties as other members.
5 - Prospero: to attend the monthly meetings, to assist the guests in the displacements by train, to comply with the determinations of the presidency of Class A, to promote Class A in the various media whenever present.
6 - Sweep: Any Member wishing to be a train bolt shall have Intercom V6 or compatible intercommunication.
7 - Men-of-Mahen: Members who make the club safe. Requires certified self defense training. Recycling every 6 months. Possible only for brazilian limbs.
5) PENALTIES
All punishments must be proposed and voted in monthly or extraordinary meeting with open votes, save in delicate situations with closed votes (determination of the president)
Penalties applicable to all Class A:
1 - Verbal warning
2 - Removal of the vest for 1 to 3 rolls / event
3 - Removal of the vest for 30 days
4 - Exclusion
5.1 - In the case of the verbal warning, it will occur in a meeting in the presence of the other members.
5.2 - The removal of the vest is made by the president and the same will be retained by the time of the punishment applied.
5.3 - Exclusion takes place with return of the coat and patch for the presidency (Motoclube) without the right to financial compensation. The member buys the embroideries during their evolving in the motoclube but they belong only to the club.
6) THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Class A boards will serve as a support and division of the presidency's tasks in order to streamline the whole group.
The directors shall be elected by the president and may appoint deputies to assist them in their duties.
Follow the guidelines for Class A:
1 - Treasurer

4 - Event Management
6.1 - The Treasury may choose an attachment. They must present the Class A balance sheet at the monthly meetings and look after the finances of the club.
6.2 - The Secretary is responsible for recording minutes of meetings and organizing monthly meetings.
6.3 - Road Captain is the guide of the roles and will have as function all the planning of route and positioning of the bikes in the train.
6.4 - Sergeant of Arms must ensure compliance with this statute in the most diverse activities of Class A. It is responsible for the safety of the group in the participating events.
7) THE REMOVAL, INACTIVITY AND DISPENSATION
The member who wishes to leave the club for a variety of reasons may:
1 - Request DISMISSAL for 30 days - In this period exempts from paying the monthly fee. You are exempt from other club activities.
2 - Request INACTIVITY - The member must deliver the vest to the President personally or through the Sergeant of Arms. This period does not participate in the activities of the club and does not pay the monthly fees. Maximum period of 1 year. After this period the member is excluded from the club if he does not return.
3 - Request DISPENSE - The member must deliver the patches and coats (his and the mirror) to the Personal President or through the Sergeant of Arms. You must clear any pending issues with the Treasurer. If you wish to return to the club later, your name will be voted on to the other members and you must have 100% approval to have the return attended.
3.1 - LUTO - After consummation of the exit of the motoclube, the former member must fulfill a mourning of 1 year. In this period the same can not ENTER or FOUND other motorcycle clubs / motorcycle groups.
8) EXCLUSION
The exclusion criteria listed below will be taken at meetings for open voting by members:
1 - Be in debt with the mesalities for 4 months.
2 - Do not abide by deliberate decisions at monthly meetings.
3 - Failure to fulfill its attributions determined in item 4 of this statute.
4 - Be tried and convicted of crime.
5 - Accuse a member of the club without evidence
6 - Physically assaulting a member of Class A or another Motoclube / Motogrupo.
7 - Driving your motorcycle in a dangerous way and that endangers the lives of other riders on the train.
The criteria below are responsible for direct exclusion of the member without voting:
1 - Member who is absent from the club for more than 60 days.
2 - INACTIVITY greater than 1 year.
9) INFORMATION SECURITY
The activities of this motoclube are of exclusive interest of the members. It is therefore expressly prohibited to share club topics and matters with people who are not members of this club. The non-observance of this item will imply in the penalties provided in item 5 of this statute.
10) OF THE MEETING
The meetings are monthly for deliberation of the diverse subjects of the motorcycle.
1 - Only active members have the right to vote
1.1 - Active member is all that brazilian that realized 50% of the rolls of Sunday in the month previous to the voting.
1.2 - Inactive members become active again for the next meeting by retaking at least half of the roles in the current month.
1.3 - Members who are indebted to the club are not entitled to vote.
2 - Items voted in a meeting can only be voted again if 90% of the members sign a letter requesting a new vote to the president.
3 - The member missing 1 meeting adds 2 missing roosters in their progression in the group. On the other hand, participation in a meeting reduces a lack in the rolls.
11) NOMAD MEMBERS
Nomads are old members, who have achieved this patch according to the following criteria:
1 - Minimum of 10 years in the Club
2 - Age + club time = 80
Nomads are exempt from tuition and do not have the right to vote. Optional participation in club events and roles.
12) DOS CHAPTERS
Chapters are subdivisions of Class A MC into another state. They have their own board and are the extension of the club in different regions from where it was originally created.
12.1. REQUIREMENTS
1.1 - At least 5 members with availability to run on weekends
1.2 - Everyone has motorcycles
1.3 - Everyone has a CNH to drive motorcycles
12.2. REGIONAL DIRECTORATE
2.1 - The Regional Board of Directors is submitted to the original chair.
2.2 - It shall appoint a TREASURER, an SGT-AT-ARMS and a SECRETARY. All duly identified as standardized on the original Class A vest.
2.3 - The REGIONAL DIRECTOR has autonomy to judge members who do not respect the study.
12.3. VEST
3.1 - Standardized vest according to the original
3.2 - All material such as patches, cards and coats are purchased directly and exclusively with the original board in the person of the NATIONAL PRESIDENT.
12.4. MEMBERS
4.1 - BAPTISM and BRAZIL must follow the original translation.
12.5. ORGANIZATION
5.1 - The management of the members will be done by the automated system of Class A by the REGIONAL DIRECTOR.
5.2 - Members who move to a region where there is already a chapter or original of Class A can request a transfer and continue their progression in the destination chapter.
5.3 - Chapters shall perform weekly rolls in the same original Class A format on Saturday or Sunday.
5.4 - Monthly meetings should be held to discuss the club's various issues and issues.
